I am NOT a fan of brussel sprouts, like, at all. I made these
for my family for a Christmas dinner and decided I needed to
at least try them. One bite and I spit it right back out. Lol Definitely
not for me, but my dad really liked them and thought they were tasty.

Ingredients:

1 ½ lbs brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved lengthwise
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tsp honey
1 tsp kosher salt
½ tsp freshly ground black pepper

Steps:
.
1.) Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
.
2.) Combine the brussel sprouts, olive oil, balsamic, honey, salt, and
pepper on a rimmed baking sheet and toss to coat evenly.
.
3.) Roast stirring once halfway through, until the sprouts are
tender and caramelized 15 to 20 minutes total.

4.) Transfer baking sheet to a wire rack and let
cool for 5 minutes before serving.
