One of my absolute favorite things to eat, for any meal, are
my mom’s banana muffins. I remember growing up begging
her to make them and then proceeding to eat almost the entire
dozen by myself the minute they came out fo the oven. I just
couldn’t stop myself! They are sooo delicious and lucky for you

Ingredients:

Muffins:
2 cups flour
1 ½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp ground nutmeg
¼ tsp salt
2 ripe bananas, mashed
1 large egg
⅓ cup milk
½ cup sugar
⅓ cup brown sugar
½ cup butter, melted
Chocolate Chips (optional)

Crunch Topping:
⅓ cup flour
⅓ cup brown sugar
3 Tbsp butter, chilled and cut up

Steps:

Muffins:
1.) Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line cupcake pan with liners.
.
2.) Whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
.
3.) In medium bowl whisk together bananas, milk, both
sugars, egg, and butter until blended.
.
4.) Make a well in flour mixture and stir until just moistened.
.
5.) Spoon into muffin cups.
.
6.) Evenly crumble topping over each.
.
7.) Bake at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes or
until toothpick comes out clean.

8.) Remove pan and let cool for five minutes.

Crunch Topping:
1.) Combine flour and brown sugar.
.
2.) With 2 knives cut in butter until mixture
resembles coarse crumbs.
